•All online consultations or questions will now be charged a small fee as my schooling, equipment, and knowledge did not come free.

•Owner will fill out liability waiver and information sheet before performing therapies on said horse.

•I will only be answering messages from phone calls, text messages, emails, and my business page. I expect if you read the message to reply as my time and patience should be respected like I do of yours.

•Please keep our scheduled appointments. I will NO LONGER be moving the schedule or being ‘okay’ with last minute cancellations for ANY reason. We all have calendars to keep and bills to pay, to ensure our personal and business lives stay neat and organized. Please be considerate and respectful when we schedule 1-8 weeks in advance not only of me, but of everyone within the route that day. There will be cancellation fees due to the inconvenience, time, and travel at your next appointment time. If you cancel last minute (that same day), you will be dropped from my schedule entirely and never reconsidered. I will check with you the week before your appointment(exactly 7 days till the appointment) to make sure our schedules still work out; THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TIME ALLOWED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE any time after this message FOR ANY REASON will not be accepted and will be subject to cancellation fees via PayPal or at next appointment.

•Please have the horses ready when I get to the barn, not 10 minutes after I arrive. Please do not be walking out of the house to catch the horses as I pull up as I have many other places to be. Have at least the first horse caught and ready, body and legs wiped down if muddy/wet. Just make sure to have them clean and dry before I get there.

•Do not ask me to hold a check, I will no longer be doing this for any reason at all. I also expect payment at time of service, I will no longer be leaving the property without payment in full.

•Owner must be present and holding the horse the entire time, the horse will not be tied to anything while receiving therapy for everyone’s safety.

•Please provide dry ground to work on. Shade in the summer, shelter from rain and snow and somewhere we all can stay clean. This also allows me to observe imbalances and conformation better by having them on a flat, clean surface.

If an owner wants outstanding work, someone who is on time, very respectful of everyone involved, who can point out issues in the body, teeth, hair coat, digestion, behavior, saddle fit, feed, environment and some issues with the hooves, I'm the one to call. However, the owner is going to have to put in some effort just like me. I am so sorry to be so hard and blunt at this time, but this is not only a hobby it is how I make a living for not only my own horses, but my other animals and myself to live happily. If you would not treat/disrespect your doctor, hair/nail stylist, etc. like this; please do not treat your therapist, farrier, dentist, etc. like this please. We provide different services then a vet or farrier, but we do honest work which deserves the same amount of respect and gratitude. For those of you who continuously make improvements for your horses, THANK YOU!!! It shows!! Looking forward to seeing all my current clients this year and meeting new ones as well.
